System VP Chief Information Officer

Health First has retained Kirby Partners to conduct a nationwide executive search for their System VP Chief Information Officer.

System VP Chief Information Position Overview:

Health First is a true Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and is positioned for the future of healthcare. The opportunity to come into the organization as their System Vice President/Chief Information Officer (SVP/ CIO) and be part of a healthcare transformation and integration will be both challenging and rewarding. As an organization with the majority of the market in Brevard County, they are instrumental in the well being of their community. The SVP/CIO will be responsible for enterprise-wide technology, including vision, strategy and leadership. The SVP/CIO will have responsibility for all information system resources to support Health First hospitals, Ambulatory, Physicians and the Health First Plan divisions. The role will lead the organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support the business operations, strategic goals, and health system integrated corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees
• 10+ years of CIO experience in healthcare
• Experience with a health plan, insurance or managed care or equivalent experience in a leadership role
• 5+ years project management experience working in a health care environment or health care systems vendor or consulting firm
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred
