As part of our executive search services, we may utilize AI technology to enhance our candidate presentation processes. This technology is employed solely to assist our team in creating scripts and presentations that effectively communicate candidate qualifications and experiences.

Important Points About Our AI Use:

  • Non-Decision Making: Our AI tools are not used to make hiring decisions or evaluate candidates. The ultimate judgment regarding candidates is made by our experienced recruitment professionals.
  • Data Handling: The AI processes personal information strictly for the purpose of enhancing presentation quality. We ensure that all data handled by our AI systems is treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our overall privacy policy.
  • Confidentiality: We take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of all personal information processed through our AI tools.

Part 3: Sharing of Information

We may need to engage third-party companies and individuals (such as payment processors, research companies, and analytics and security providers) to help us operate and provide services. These third parties have only limited access to information about you, may use such information only to perform these tasks on our behalf, and are obligated to us not to disclose or use information about you for other purposes. These third parties may include AI service providers who assist in creating candidate presentations, subject to the same limited access and confidentiality requirements as our other service providers.
